Hi, I'm Abdulgafar.

Developer &Product Manager.

I build products people actually use.

For 5 years I've been the person who figures out what to build, then sits down and builds it. SaaS platforms, real-time dashboards, AI products, and the sites that sell them.

Two hats

I code.I also plan the product.

I sit between the plan and the build, so what we agreed on is usually what ends up shipping.

01

The developer

I like building the thing.

Most of my work is React and Next.js, plus NestJS when the API needs it. I care about the unglamorous parts: loading states, empty screens, and dashboards that stay readable when there's a lot of data.

02

The product manager

I figure out what we should build.

Roadmaps, PRDs, user stories, sprint planning. Because I've built the software too, I try to write specs that are actually useful, and I keep the scope small enough that we can finish it.

Selected work

Some ofthe work.

Access-control systems, HR platforms, AI products, and a few brand sites. On some of these I wrote the code. On a few I also ran the product.

How I work

How a projectusually goes.

Same loop if I'm planning it, building it, or doing both in the same week.

  1. 01Product

    Understand

Talk to users, sit with the people doing the work, and get clear on the real problem before anyone opens Figma.

  2. 02Product

    Shape

Turn what I learned into a plan: what comes first, a spec people will actually read, and a way to tell if it worked.

  3. 03Engineering

    Build

Build it in small pieces, with components I can reuse. Moving fast only helps if the code is still easy to change next month.

  4. 04Both

    Learn

See what actually happened, listen to the feedback, and put that back into the plan. Then do it again.

Toolkit

The toolsI use.

Engineering, product, and the tools I reach for day to day.

The stack I reach for to ship fast, typed, maintainable products.
