Overview
VERS centralizes human resources, project management, finance, procurement, and administrative processes in a single product.
On the engineering side, I translated broad enterprise requirements into maintainable frontend flows that stay understandable as feature depth and data density increase.
As product manager
I was also the product manager on VERS. I sat with HR, finance, and operations, collected what they needed, and turned that into a roadmap, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
I ran sprint planning with the engineering team and kept scope honest, balancing enterprise depth against a product new teams could adopt without heavy training.
