About me
A bitabout me.
I write the code, and I also spend a lot of time figuring out what the product should be.

I'm Abdulgafar, a developer and product manager. I've spent 5 years turning ideas into software people use every day.
I started in Figma, then moved into building the interfaces myself. Along the way I kept getting pulled into the bigger questions: who is this for, what problem are we actually solving, and what should we build first? That's how I ended up doing both, planning the product and writing the code.
I've worked on access-control systems, property-management platforms, HR software, health education, AI workflow tools, and brand sites. Some days I'm writing a PRD or running sprint planning; other days I'm deep in a React component making a dashboard feel instant. Most days, it's a bit of both.
If you're a developer, I'm the PM who gets why something is hard to build. If you're hiring, I'm the engineer who thinks about the user and the scope, not just the ticket in front of me.
I love building products. The moment something I helped shape lands in a user's hands and just works is still the best part of the job. I hold a B.Sc. in Computer Science.
What I believe
A few thingsI work by.
Keep it understandable
I'd rather an interface, a spec, or a codebase be clear than clever. If the next person has to ask what it means, it isn't done.
Get it in front of people
A working version beats a perfect plan. Put it out, see what people actually do, then fix it.
Write it down together
A spec isn't a handoff. The useful ones come from sitting with the engineers and talking through the problem.
Sweat the small stuff
Empty states, error messages, loading skeletons. That's where a product feels finished, or half done.
